If there is an ongoing case with customer service or our claims department, we ask that you contact the person who made the assessment in the first instance. You can also request that your case is reconsidered. This decision is made by the person responsible for the department. If you´re still not satisfied, you can contact the Complaints officer to have your case reconsidered, klagomal@allina.se.
We will need your name, information about your insurance, your contact details and a description of what you have experienced and why you are not satisfied. The Complaints officer will then go through your case and get back to you within 14 days. Should we not have a ready solution, we will still get back to you and keep you updated.
Other ways to register a complaint
Konsumenternas Försäkringsbyrå gives private individuals independent and free guidance on pensions, insurance and claims settlement, but does not try disputes.
